A well-regarded residential builder with a robust reputation in the custom and luxury home market is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team. Known for delivering custom residential builds, this builder has a solid pipeline of work across Brisbane's Inner South and Bayside suburbs.

Your New Role
You'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of custom residential builds in south/bayside Brisbane. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in the finished product.
Manage all in office activity across custom home builds, from slab to handover
Coordinate trades and subcontractors to maintain quality and program
Liaise directly with clients in office where required
Ensure compliance with QBCC standards, safety and quality requirements
Support scheduling and site logistics in line with the build program





What You'll Need to Succeed
Proven supervision experience on custom residential builds, renovations or luxury homes
Current QBCC licence
Strong trade background
Excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail and finish
Ability to manage multiple trades and keep a site running smoothly

What You'll Get in Return
$120,000 - $150,000 base + super + vehicle
