About the role

Fennel & Co. Catering is a multi-award-winning Newcastle catering company servicing weddings and events throughout the Hunter Valley, Central Coast and Port Stephens. We are now hiring a wide range of Front of House staff including Waitstaff (including juniors/current to workplace), RSA Barstaff, and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisors. Event locations range between venues throughout The Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Central Coast & Port Stephens.

Key responsibilities
Provide front of house service at weddings and events
Work flexibly between Food & Beverage services due to the nature of events catered
Deliver skilled and positive customer service
For Food & Beverage Supervisors: demonstrate sound knowledge of the industry, Food & Wine, and bring positivity and motivation to the team while driving excellence

About you
Current RSA certification required




Valid car license and reliable transport to event locations
Experience in front of house service
Evening & weekend availability as shifts are predominately Fridays and Saturdays
Skilled, personal and positive approach with passion for great customer service
For Junior Waitstaff: eager to learn and reliable transport to locations around the Hunter Valley (Maitland/Lovedale/Pokolbin)
For Food & Beverage Supervisors: sound knowledge of the industry and Food & Wine
