We're seeking a passionate, skilled Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie or a Commis Chef ready to step up. To develop their skills in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment alongside a supportive, talented team.

About the Role
You'll manage your section, maintain high food quality and presentation standards, and support the Head Chef in delivering a consistent, efficient service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage your assigned section, preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
Maintain portion control, food safety, and hygiene standards
Keep your section clean, organised, and safe
Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
Support and mentor junior team members
Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials




Work collaboratively with the team during service

About You
Experience as a CDP, or an experienced Commis.
Strong knowledge of food prep techniques and kitchen operations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Relevant culinary qualifications preferred
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
