Your new company:

Hays Recruitment is partnering with a well-established construction contractor delivering commercial and residential projects across the Newcastle and Hunter Region. Due to continued project growth, we are looking for reliable and motivated labourers to join their team.

Your current role:
As a Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting tradespeople on site and supporting day-to-day construction activities. Duties may include:
General site clean-up and housekeeping
Loading and unloading materials
Assisting qualified tradespeople
Using hand and power tools
Manual handling and lifting
Following site safety procedures
Working as part of a busy site team

What you'll need to succeed:
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Construction industry experience
White Card (essential)
Reliable transport and driving licence




Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work safely in a team workplace
Additional tickets such as Elevated work platform, Working at Heights, Confined Space or Forklift are highly regarded
