Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present a wide range of dishes for daily buffet service
Maintain excellent food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
Ensure buffet stations are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Assist in menu planning and seasonal buffet updates

Requirements:
Minimum 12 months experience working in a buffet kitchen (required)
Strong culinary skills and understanding of large-volume production




Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
