About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service & Logistics Administrator at Limbs & Things Aust PTY LTD, based in our Dandenong South, VIC office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and efficiently managing our logistics operations.

Key responsibilities
Handling customer inquiries and orders via phone, email and online channels
Processing customer orders and managing inventory levels
Coordinating product shipments and overseeing the logistics workflow
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts and orders
Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the broader team
Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless customer experiences

About you
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a logistics or distribution environment
Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite,



particularly Excel, to manage data and maintain records
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
Adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
Robust data entry skills with high attention to accuracy and speed
Must have permanent right to work in Australia
