We’re partnering with an innovative Australian business that is entering an exciting period of growth and transformation. With a strong sustainability focus and a genuinely unique operating model, the business is scaling its operations and looking to add a hands-on finance qualified to the team.
This is an opportunity to join an exciting business on a part time temp basis, starting as soon as possible and for two days per week.

Reporting into the GM of Finance, you’ll take ownership of a broad range of accounting, reporting and analysis activities, including:
Process procurement activity including invoice coding, internal approvals and payment processes
Prepare monthly financial statements including P&L;, balance sheet and cash flow
Support year-end audit preparation and respond to external auditor queries
Complete weekly actual vs budget analysis, identifying key variances and trends
Prepare and maintain monthly financial schedules, including levies and prepayments
Create and manage purchase orders as required
Process sales orders and invoices,



including weekly reconciliation
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and follow up outstanding actions
Maintain and update COGS modelling, incorporating FY27 volumes and new costs
Assist with ad-hoc analysis, reporting and information requests across the business

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on and autonomous. You’ll ideally have:
Immediately available
CA/CPA qualification or be working towards it
Experience across AP, management or financial accounting
Strong month-end, reconciliations and financial reporting experience
Robust Excel skills and confidence working with financial models
A proactive approach and willingness to get involved across the wider business
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
