Responsibilities include:
Converting display home visitors and enquiries into new home sales contracts
Creating tailored home and land package solutions
Building strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey
Maintaining knowledge of home designs, estates and land availability
Generating referral opportunities and providing exceptional customer service
