We are seeking an experienced Underground Supervisor to join our growing team operating in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. You'll oversee a 3-man crew (inclusive of Supervisor) delivering various underground works, including GSM, AGA, and underground infrastructure installations.
You'll be working a 2:1 roster on 12-hour shifts, flying ex-Perth, with a competitive hourly rate plus underground allowance that reflects your skills and experience.

$80.00 per hour + $5.00 per hour underground allowance
2 weeks on / 1 week off roster
12-hour shifts

Responsibilities:
Supervise a 3-man crew (inclusive of Supervisor)



across various underground works, including GSM, AGA, and underground infrastructure installations
Interpret and work from engineering drawings and specifications
Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
Lead toolbox talks and pre-start meetings
Work collaboratively with site teams and management

Essential Requirements:
S26 (must have)
Manual Driver's Licence (C Class)
Working at Heights certification
Clean National Police Clearance (NPC)
Australian Recognised Trade
Proven underground mining experience in a supervisory capacity
Solid commitment to safety and site compliance

Desirable Qualifications:
Manual MR (Medium Rigid) Driver's Licence
Integrated Tool Carrier (ITC) Ticket
High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) in any of the following:
CN
RB
DG
WP
