Programmed Energy & Resources are looking for an experienced and motivated Paint Blaster to join our team at Agnew Goldfields.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for ongoing FIFO work, a consistent 8:6 roster and dayshift only giving you a excellent balance between work and life outside of work.

About the role:

As a Paint Blaster at Agnew Goldfields, you will be responsible for:
Abrasive blasting and surface preparation
Removing rust, corrosion and old coatings
Operating blasting equipment
Preparing and applying industrial protective coatings
Using airless spray equipment where required
Completing touch-up and remedial work
Working safely at heights and in confined spaces where required
Following site safety and quality procedures

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for experienced Paint Blasters who:
Minimum 12 months' recent experience in a similar FIFO or local Paint Blasting role
Hold a current White Card




Hold the required HRWL
Can provide a National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months - essential
Are able to successfully complete all required site inductions
Can successfully complete a medical and DAS
Have a strong commitment to safety
Are reliable, motivated and take pride in their work
Work well as part of a team
Nationally accredited Working at Heights and Confined Space - desired
