We are currently seeking male support workers as per client preference and personal needs.
Our services span the south-eastern suburbs, offering opportunities across multiple locations within this region.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with daily living activities (e.g., personal care, meal preparation, medication management).
Support clients to achieve their personal goals and engage in community activities.
Promote independence, dignity, and respect while delivering compassionate care.
Maintain explicit and accurate documentation regarding client progress and needs.
Ensure a protected and supportive environment for clients at all times.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in disability support (preferred).
A compassionate and patient nature.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A valid driver’s license (if required for the role).
