About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Breakfast and Prep Cook / Chef to join our kitchen crew at the Fed Hotel. If you love getting the day started right and take pride in solid prep work, this role offers the opportunity to work autonomously at times, managing breakfast service and prep independently when required and working alongside the team.

Key responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast service for guests
Handle kitchen prep for the day ahead
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen setting
Work alongside a supportive and fun team
Work autonomously at times, managing breakfast service and prep independently when required

About you
Previous experience in breakfast cookery or kitchen prep (hospitality experience a plus)
A reliable, positive attitude and robust work ethic
Ability to work weekends and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A team player who can also work confidently unsupervised
Takes pride in their work and ownership of tasks
