Male Disability Support Workers – Challenging Client | Evening Shifts
Seeking confident, physically capable DSWs for home support, 4:00pm–7:30pm.
Client may punch or kick if approached too closely; established safety protocols and routines significantly reduce risk.
Personal care includes showering and toileting, with appropriate training and safety procedures provided.
Best suited to calm, observant workers who can follow instructions and maintain protected boundaries.
Once confident, prospects may be available at separate day centre, including free 1-hour trial sessions at evening shifts.
Smart DSWs who follow the routine will find the client relatively easy to support.
Pay: $45.00 – $52.63 per hour
Work Location: In person
