Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and service-focused Front of House Supervisor to support our management team and help lead the daily service at our restaurant.
This role is ideal for someone looking to step up into leadership while working closely with our FOH team to deliver a smooth and consistent customer experience.
[Key Responsibilities]
Assisting the Manager with daily operations and service oversight
Supporting and guiding wait staff during service
Managing bookings and coordinating guest flow
Communicating effectively between FOH and kitchen teams
Helping maintain high standards of customer service and venue presentation
Requirements
Previous experience in a senior waitstaff or supervisory role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
Must hold a valid visa allowing legal work in Australia
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in Korean cuisine and hospitality
Solid initiative and ability to work proactively
Availability to work on a rotating schedule across all days (Full time)
Positive attitude and willingness to support the team where needed
Pay: $26.44 – $32.00 per hour
