Your pathway:
• Start: $34/hr — paid from day one
• Approx. 10 months: Basic Scaffolding Ticket → $45/hr
• Approx. 15 months: Intermediate Scaffolding Ticket → $49–$50/hr
• Plus: prospects to gain additional tickets including Forklift & EWP
• Future progression: Qualified Scaffolder → Leading Hand → Foreman
You don't need previous scaffolding experience. We're looking for people who turn up, work hard, take safety seriously and want to build a career.
