Leisure Inn Spires is looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-focused Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team on a casual basis.

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable and presented to a high standard. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well as part of a team and understands the importance of creating a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and prepare guest rooms to required hotel standards.
Change bed linen and towels and make beds.
Clean bathrooms, kitchens and living areas.
Vacuum, mop, dust and sanitise surfaces.
Restock guest amenities and room supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public and common areas when required.
Follow housekeeping procedures, cleaning checklists and safety requirements.
Identify and report maintenance issues, damage or missing items.
Work efficiently to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests.
Assist other members of the team when required.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:




Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience.
Solid attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude.
The physical ability to undertake housekeeping duties, including bending, lifting, pushing and being on your feet for extended periods.
Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and cleaning equipment.
The ability to work independently when required.
