Pipe Fitter – FIFO Position

RSQUARED INTERNATIONAL PTY LTD is seeking experienced and skilled Pipe Fitters for FIFO projects in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret piping drawings, isometric drawings, specifications, and P&IDs.;
Measure, cut, prepare, fit, and assemble pipes and pipe components.
Install flanges, valves, supports, gaskets, and associated piping equipment.
Perform accurate pipe alignment, levelling, and flange fit-up.
Conduct dimensional and visual inspections before welding.
Assist welders during pipe positioning and fit-up activities.
Identify piping components, materials, pressure ratings, and specifications.
Follow permit-to-work, isolation, confined-space, and working-at-height procedures.
Comply with project quality requirements, inspection test plans, and site safety procedures.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.

Requirements
Demonstrated experience as an industrial Pipe Fitter.




Relevant trade qualification or recognised equivalent.
Construction Induction Card (White Card).
Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry tickets.
High Risk Work Licence and EWP ticket are advantageous.
Ability to read piping isometrics, drawings, and technical specifications.
Experience in mining, construction, shutdown, or industrial projects.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
Current Australian working rights.
Valid driver’s licence is preferred.
Must be currently residing in Australia.

Employment Details
FIFO position in Western Australia.
3:1 roster.
Mobilisation expected within one month.
Accommodation, meals, and site arrangements will be confirmed before deployment.

Pay: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour
