About the role

Tubeworx Australia is an engineering production company that manufactures and supplies custom tube and pipe assemblies for a broad range of Australian industries, including aerospace, mining, defence, OEM, automotive, construction and industrial sectors. We are seeking a Metal / Mechanical Tradesman or skilled Trades Assistant to join our energetic workshop workplace.

Key responsibilities
Work with advanced hand tools and power tools
Operate CNC machinery and tube bending equipment
Work within a mechanical and production workplace
Work with hydraulic fittings
Read and understand technical drawings
Maintain high attention to detail in all work
Adhere to safe working practices

About you
Previous experience with advanced hand tools and power tools
Experience working within a mechanical or production environment




Knowledge of hydraulic fittings and ability to read and understand technical drawings
Solid mechanical aptitude with attention to detail
Highly organised with excellent communication skills
Dedicated to safe working practice
Forklift licence preferred
Exposure to operation of CNC machinery and tube bending equipment is a distinct advantage
Australian citizen or permanent residency status in Australia required
