Customer Service & Sales Representative | Full time Position Available
Oatley location – 2min walk to station and onsite parking
Mon – Fri 8hr shifts. Weekend shifts available at overtime rates.

We are a national trade services business based in Oatley. We are currently looking for a highly professional, reliable, skilled Customer Service & Sales Representative for our quick-paced, growing company. The primary role of a CSSR is to take incoming customer enquiries, logging customer information in the database and booking in service calls for technicians to complete.

In addition, the position will also include a degree of scheduling and judgement calls so would suit an independent thinker.

Job Requirements
Providing first class service to all customers using your amazing people and communication skills.




Professionally manage incoming calls and customer sales inquiries.
Must be motivated to work independently and make judgement calls based on changing information.
Must be reliable and enjoy working as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.
Must be highly computer literate and in particular, familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
