About Us

Recycled Building Centre (RBC) is a quick-growing, family-owned business supplying quality recycled building materials to homeowners and the construction industry across Sydney.

You will be working outside. This is not a warehouse environment.

We are expanding and looking for a reliable, motivated Yard & Operations Team Member to join our team. You will be working outside. This is not a warehouse environment.

The Role

This is a hands-on position working in our yard and warehouse environment. Duties include:
Moving and loading pallets of bricks using forklifts
Loading trucks for customer deliveries
Inspecting incoming brick loads from demolishers
Managing quality control of cleaned bricks on pallets
Assisting with online order processing and system updates
Coordinating and organising customer deliveries
Assisting customers in the yard and supporting the sales team
Maintaining a clean, secure and organised workplace

This role requires physical work and attention to detail.

About You

You will:
Be physically fit and capable of manual handling




Have solid attention to detail (including identifying different brick colours and blends)
Be trustworthy and reliable
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Have common sense and a strong work ethic
Work well independently and within a team
Take pride in maintaining a safe and organised yard

Desirable (but not essential)
Experience in building, construction, demolition or landscaping
Manual handling experience
Forklift Licence (highly regarded)
Order Picking Forklift Licence
Current Driver Licence

Training will be provided for the right candidate.
