We’re looking for an experienced Barista / Supervisor to join our cafe team in Glen Iris.

About the role

You’ll play an important role in delivering excellent coffee, friendly service, and smooth day-to-day cafe operations. We’re looking for someone who is confident on the coffee machine, enjoys working with people, and can take the lead when needed.

What we’re looking for
Barista experience with strong coffee-making skills
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Friendly, reliable, and well-presented
Solid communication and customer service skills
Able to work well in a fast-paced café setting
Comfortable supporting and guiding the team
A positive attitude and willingness to get involved
