We're seeking reliable and hardworking Assembler to join a well-established manufacturing company located in Dingley village. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term role with consistent Monday to Friday day shifts.

About the Role

As a Factory Hand, you'll be responsible for:
Assembling products using hand and power tools
Operating production and manufacturing machinery
Drilling, fastening, and working with metal components
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Packing, labelling, and moving products throughout the production process
Maintaining a clean and protected work environment

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Recent experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, factory work, or warehousing
Confidence using hand and power tools




A robust work ethic with a reliable and punctual attitude
Valuable physical fitness and the ability to complete manual handling tasks
Strong attention to detail
Full Australian working rights
A current driver's licence and reliable transport
Availability to start immediately

What's on Offer?
$33.75 per hour
Monday – Thursday 7am-3:30pm and Friday 7am-1pm
