We are seeking an experienced Supervising Scaffolder to work on active construction sites and oversee all day-to-day scaffolding operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the scaffold crew, coordinating works with site management and ensuring all scaffolding is erected, modified, inspected and dismantled safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:
Supervise and coordinate scaffolders and labourers on site.
Erect, alter, dismantle and relocate scaffolding and temporary access structures.
Install and maintain working platforms, stairs, ladders, handrails, guardrails and edge protection.
Inspect scaffolding and ensure it remains secure, secure and suitable for use.
Carry out scaffold handovers and required inspections.
Coordinate scaffold requirements with site supervisors, builders and other trades.
Plan daily scaffold activities and allocate tasks to crew members.
Ensure materials and equipment are safely loaded,



unloaded, moved and stored around site.
Identify and control site hazards associated with scaffolding and working at height.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with WHS requirements, site procedures and relevant Australian Standards.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
Provide hands-on assistance to the crew when required.
Report any defects, damage, hazards or additional scaffold requirements to site management.

Requirements: Relevant scaffolding qualifications/licence, White Card, proven on-site scaffolding experience, previous supervisory experience, positive communication skills and the ability to lead a crew in a rapid-paced construction environment.

Pay: $45.00 – $60.00 per hour
