Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and lead a passionate service team.
Conduct regular stocktakes and manage inventory to ensure cost efficiency.
Facilitate comprehensive staff training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, RSA standards, and safety procedures.




Maintain high operational standards and service culture during busy shifts.
Availability to work a flexible roster, including nights and weekends.

Requirements
Previous experience in a management or supervisory role in a fast-paced venue.
Proven reliability and a robust, hands-on work ethic.
An energetic personality with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Full availability to work nights and weekends as required by the business.
Strong communication skills and a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
