Are you a passionate retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced workplace? We're looking for an enthusiastic Supervisor to join our Specsavers team and play a key role in driving store performance, developing team capability, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.

As a Supervisor, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the store, coach and develop team members, and help create a positive and high-performing culture that reflects Specsavers' values.

About the Role

Reporting to the Store Partner/Retail Manager, you will:
Lead and supervise daily store operations
Support, coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every stage of the customer journey
Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Monitor retail standards, merchandising, stock management and store presentation
Assist with rostering to ensure appropriate staffing levels
Drive team engagement and foster a collaborative workplace culture
Ensure compliance with company policies,



procedures and workplace safety requirements
Support the achievement of sales, service and operational targets

What we are looking for:
Retail or customer service experience
Experience mentoring, training or supporting colleagues
Solid computer literacy
Skilled presentation
Reliable, punctual and self-motivated

Working Hours

This role requires flexibility to work retail trading hours, including:
Weekends
Late-night trading as required
