About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Spray Painter to join a busy and well-established workshop specialising in the manufacture, repair, and modification of commercial vehicle bodies.

This role involves preparing and finishing heavy vehicle components to a high standard, working as part of a skilled and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, masking, priming)

Apply coatings using spray equipment (including 2-pack systems)

Paint truck bodies, trailers, and fabricated components

Carry out touch-ups, repairs, and refinishing work

Maintain a clean and safe work workplace

Work collaboratively with fabrication and workshop teams

Skills & Experience





Previous experience as a Spray Painter (automotive or industrial)

Experience using spray equipment and 2-pack paints

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Trade qualifications (advantageous but not essential)
