Early Childhood Educators – Certificate III or Diploma

Valora Childcare Recruitment is seeking passionate and reliable Early Childhood Educators for permanent opportunities at a welcoming early learning centre in the Sutherland Shire.

We are recruiting educators who hold either a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Both experienced educators and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

The final rate will depend on your qualifications and relevant experience.

About the role
Build positive and caring relationships with children and families
Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences
Assist with observations, documentation and educational programs
Maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment
Work collaboratively with educators and centre leadership
Follow the National Quality Framework and centre policies

To be considered, you will need
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent




Valid NSW Working With Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
Current Child Protection Training
National Child Safety Training certificate, or willingness to complete it
Positive communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
