As Room Leader, you’ll play a key role in planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child’s developmental journey. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of passionate educators to create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and confidence
About You
Hold a Completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
Have a genuine passion for working with toddlers and supporting their growth.
Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
Knowledge of the EYLF, NQS,
and child development principles.
Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and Child Protection Training.
