We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Food Production Workers to join a busy dairy manufacturing facility located in Carrum Downs. This is a fantastic prospect for candidates with previous food manufacturing or food production experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are available for an immediate start.

Our client is looking for motivated team players who can work efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining high quality and food safety standards.

Key Duties:

Cutting and weighing various cheese blocks

Manual handling - up to 25kg

Packing dairy products on a production line

Tipping Ingredients into Hoppers

Conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met

Maintaining a clean and protected work setting

Strict GMP Policies

Meeting daily KPIs and production targets

What We're Looking For:





Previous experience in food manufacturing, food production, packing, or process work is highly regarded but not essential

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Full Australian working rights

Own reliable transport and current driver's licence

Available for an immediate start
