Parathe Wali Gali is seeking a passionate and experienced Cook/Chef to join our busy kitchen team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in preparing high-quality meals, works well under pressure, and enjoys being part of a skilled and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with our menu and recipes.
Maintain consistency in food presentation and quality.
Assist with menu planning and daily specials.
Ensure food is prepared and stored in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen.
Work efficiently during busy service periods.




Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver an excellent dining experience.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Cook or Chef in a busy hospitality venue.
Relevant commercial cookery qualifications are highly regarded.
Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: $56,933.56 – $86,141.18 per year
