The Opportunity
Objective Pro Solutions is partnering with a growing South Australian business to recruit a Conveyancer in a part time capacity (School hours or 3 -4 days per week).

This is an opportunity to join a client-focused business where you'll manage a diverse range of conveyancing matters from instruction through to settlement. You will play an significant role in delivering a high standard of service while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

The role is based in the Adelaide's inner-western suburbs.

About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and lodging conveyancing documentation using industry systems.
Building strong relationships with clients and providing clear, proactive communication throughout the conveyancing process.
Liaising with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, financial institutions, solicitors and other stakeholders.
Managing multiple files while ensuring accuracy and meeting key settlement deadlines.




Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and embracing current technology.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Experience working in conveyancing.
An Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing (or equivalent qualification).
A Conveyancer's Licence (desirable but not essential).
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication and client relationship skills.
The ability to manage your workload independently while working collaboratively within a small team.
