Part-Time Experienced Barista | TWO FEET FIRST

We're looking for an experienced barista to join our team at our busy beachside café.

About the role

This is a part time position with a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.

You must be available to work:
Weekends (essential)
At least a few weekday shifts
Occasional dinner service shifts (approximately 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm)
Early morning starts from 5:30 am (most regular shifts begin around 7:30 am)

What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience as a barista in a busy café or restaurant.
Confident operating a commercial coffee machine during busy service periods.
Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality venue with high service standards.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Able to work both behind the coffee machine and on the floor, including taking orders, running food and drinks, clearing tables,



and delivering friendly table service.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail.
Current driver's licence or living locally with reliable transport for early morning starts.
