About the Role

You will be supporting a valued client with a focus on:
Personal care, including grooming and presentation
Community access and social engagement
Providing genuine companionship and building connection
Light household duties (cleaning, laundry, maintaining a tidy environment)





We love delivering care to a high standard—ensuring our clients feel comfortable, confident, and well supported in their homes and community.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) – essential
Experience in aged care, disability, or community support
Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to support individuals with mental health challenges
Current First Aid & CPR certification
A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance (essential)
Working rights in Australia
A smartphone and confidence using apps
Recent, contactable referees
