General Hand Production – Sheet Metal

This company is a well established Australian manufacturer operating in a up-to-date and growing production workplace. Due to ongoing demand, we are seeking reliable, motivated and hands on General Hand Production Operators to join our Electrical and Sheet Metal teams. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or build a long term career in manufacturing, with full training provided and secure, full time hours.

The Role

This is an entry level, hands on position where no prior experience or qualifications are required. Comprehensive on the job training will be provided. You will work alongside experienced supervisors and may be trained across a range of production tasks depending on the team you join.

Sheet Metal Team – Duties May Include:
Laser cutting and turret punching
Folding and fabrication of aluminium, steel and stainless steel
Busbar work




General assembly and finishing

About You To be successful in this role, you will:
Be physically fit and capable of manual work
Be reliable, punctual and motivated
Have a strong willingness to learn
Demonstrate good attention to detail
Follow safety procedures at all times
Enjoy practical, hands on work
Work well in a team environment
Be able to work independently when required
Have functional written and verbal English skills
