We are seeking a Commi Chef at our Darlinghurst location to support the Head Chef and help lead the talented kitchen team. This role has a unique offering of working a very flexible roster of just days, a rarity in hospitality!

Dynamite at food preparation
Knowledgeable & passionate about food
Trade qualified in cookery
Able and willing to work in all areas of the kitchen
