We are looking for an Senior Oracle ERP Consultant for a long standing client with the role being based out of Sydney (preferred) or Melbourne

Below is some of the experience we are looking for; it’s essential that you have lead experience from a functional aspect.

Some of the experience required:
Recent, hands-on implementation experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle ERP as a functional lead (this is ESSENTIAL)
Strong configuration and/or support experience in at least 3 or 4 of the following Oracle Fusion ERP modules: (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management) + any additional knowledge around Source-to-Pay or Projects would be beneficial
A solid understanding of finance processes and the ability to translate them into functional system requirements.
A consulting mindset—robust documentation, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

As part of the Oracle Cloud ERP team, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Oracle transformation projects across a diverse portfolio of clients (on and offshore).



You’ll work across the full lifecycle—from project initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support—helping clients adopt best-practice processes and realise the advantages of Oracle Cloud.

In this role, you will:
Work directly with clients to understand their business needs, analyse requirements, and design effective Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
Lead team-oriented workshops to demonstrate capability, gather requirements, and guide clients on best practice and cloud adoption.
Prepare clear, detailed configuration documents and functional specifications.
Continuously grow your Oracle Cloud expertise through training, self-learning, and knowledge-sharing.
Contribute to presales activities, including proposal development and solution support.
Travel is part of this role - with occasional travel to Indonesia

You’re a strong communicator who can turn complex concepts into explicit solutions. You’re proactive, delivery-focused, and thrive in collaborative project environments. You enjoy working with clients, building relationships, and helping teams achieve impactful outcomes

As with all roles, all interested candidates MUST hold either Australian PR or Citizenship
