What You’ll Be Doing
Maintaining consistency and quality across all products
Shaping, mixing and baking a variety of dough. Must be proficient with making Sourdough.
Working closely with our kitchen and retail teams to meet daily production needs
Managing stock rotation, ingredient prep, and ensuring a clean, protected workspace
Bringing ideas,



creativity, and a sense of pride to everything you bake

Previous experience as a baker
A passion for quality ingredients, precision, and traditional techniques
Robust attention to detail and time management
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small, agile team
