About the Role:

As Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll be working closely with the Sales Manager to help lead and inspire a robust, customer-focused sales team. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the management and training of staff
Supporting staff to meet and exceed KPIs
Assisting with staff rosters and shift coverage
Completing daily banking and reporting
Analysing sales and performance data to drive improvements
Facilitating team meetings and staff training (including online modules)
Helping manage store social media
Supporting the planning and smooth execution of key seasonal periods (Easter & Christmas)

You’ll need to be available across weekdays and weekends, (Saturday availability is a must have requirement) with shifts ranging from early morning starts to evening finishes. Availability over Easter and Christmas is essential, as these are our busiest times of year.

You have excellent communication and organisational skills
You have a robust sense of responsibility and take pride in your work
Previous experience in sales, retail or hospitality management is highly regarded
