Summary:

We are seeking a Trainee Educator to join our team. The Trainee Educator will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of educational programs and activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and activities
Work with educators to create lesson plans and educational materials
Provide support to students in the classroom and during extracurricular activities
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators
Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge
Participate in meetings with educators and parents to discuss student progress and needs
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress

About you:
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
18 years and over




Ability to work collaboratively with educators and other staff members
Passion for education and a desire to learn and grow in the field
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Solid organizational and time management skills
Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred
