Junior Receptionist – Salisbury Osteopathy Clinic

Part time | 2 Days Per Week | Salisbury

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Junior Receptionist to join our growing osteopathy clinic in Salisbury.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional healthcare environment while working with a friendly and supportive team.

The role

Your main responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming phone calls and assisting patients
Greeting patients and providing a welcoming experience
Processing payments and HICAPS transactions
Booking and managing appointments
Light administration and general reception duties
Keeping the reception area organised and presentable

We’re looking for someone who is
Friendly,



approachable and qualified
Confident speaking with people over the phone and in person
Reliable and well organised
Comfortable using computers
A quick learner with a positive attitude
Previous reception or customer service experience is helpful, but not essential

Hours: 2 days per week
Location: Salisbury
