Removalist Driver

Adams & Rofe Removals & Storage is a trusted and growing removals and storage company based in Sydney. We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Removalist Driver to join our team.

We also welcome owner-drivers with their own removal truck or container truck with or without trailer who are interested in working with us as subcontractors.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position involving residential and commercial relocations, driving removal trucks and container trucks, operating a forklift, and assisting with warehouse and storage operations. You will be working alongside a professional team committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Drive removal trucks and container trucks safely and efficiently.
Complete local and interstate furniture removals.
Load, unload, wrap, and secure household and commercial goods.
Operate a forklift for loading, unloading, and warehouse duties.
Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Adams & Rofe Removals & Storage.
Work effectively as part of a professional removals team.

Essential Requirements
Current HR Driver Licence.
Current LF Forklift Licence. (Preferred)




Previous experience in the removals industry.
Experience driving container trucks.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling and heavy lifting.
Solid communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Full Australian working rights.
A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.

Subcontractor Opportunities

We also welcome experienced owner-drivers with their own removal truck or container truck to work with us as subcontractors. If you have your own vehicle, the appropriate insurances, and industry experience, we would love to hear from you.

Pay: $26.44 – $49.54 per hour
