Liaise closely with warehouse, logistics and ordering teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
Maintain accurate customer records, order information and detailed notes.
Follow up with customers throughout the order process to ensure they are kept informed.
Prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively in a quick-paced workplace.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through clear, friendly and professional communication.
Assist with day-to-day administration and provide support to the wider team as required.
Identify potential issues early and take appropriate action to resolve them quickly and achieve positive customer outcomes.
