Experienced floor staff required for immediate start. Must have RSA and no less than 2 years experience in hospitality with proven track record and references.

You must be able to commit to minimum 3 shifts per week with some weekend shifts. You must have knowledge of wines and fully understand the importance of customer service and attention to detail.

You must prove you can look after a small number of tables and customers providing service in a friendly but timely manner. The use and knowledge of ordering systems is key while managing a section with time constraints is desirable. You must be able to carry 3 plates. Up-selling skill is required for this position. This is a rapid paced workplace and requires a team player with enthusiasm and passion.
