Requirements are as below-
Minimum Certificate III in Disability/Individual Support/Mental Health or equivalent.
1 year of working experience
Medication Administration Accreditation
First Aid and CPR
NDIS Worker Screening
Manual Handling Training is desirable
CPI/MAPA/Mental Health First Aid is desirable
Any additional trainings such as PEG/Bowel/Diabetes is an advantage

Responsibilities include:
Delivering tailored care and assistance to our participants,
such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, and daily living activities.
Assistance in personal care - showering, dressing, hygiene
Assistance with domestic tasks including cleaning & meal preparation
Supporting and assisting clients with their mobility
Supporting and assistance in domestic routines like food preparation and cleaning
Developing relationships with participants and families to provide emotional support
Excellent communication skills to promote social skills
Committed, compassionate and eager to always support
Providing secure surroundings and assistance with medication
Monitoring participant progress and reporting any changes or concerns as necessary.
Keeping exact records and documentation in compliance with NDIS and organizational standards.
Pay: $68,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
