Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Lead, motivate,



and develop a high-performing team.
Drive revenue growth through creative strategies, creating unique events and exceptional customer service.
Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring cost controls are in place.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health & safety requirements.
Foster relationships with the local community and enhance the hotel's reputation.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Robust financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead by example and inspire your team to deliver excellence.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.
Current QLD Qualifications (or willing to obtain): RMLV, Approved Manager, Gaming License & Nominee, QLD RSA, QLD RSG.
