You will support NDIS participants to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives, both at home and in the community. --- Key Responsibilities Provide personal care, daily living assistance, and companionship. Support participants in accessing the community, appointments, and social activities. Assist with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication prompts. Encourage independence, personal growth, and goal achievement. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
