ROLE SUMMARY

Minimum one year experience in General practice as a Registered Practice Nurse.

Fluency in communication.
Ensure the provision of quality nursing care through efficient and effective, safe and timely services exercising a significant level of initiative in the direct coordination, implementation and evaluation of care with appropriate outcomes.
Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional development.
Demonstrated commitment to ensure a high level of customer service.
Effectively communicates and promotes good interpersonal relationships both within and outside the organisation.
Knowledge of Best Practice software.

Triage,
Chronic Condition Management.
Health screening/assessments:
75 years plus health assessment
Healthy Kids Check
Health Assessments




Preventative health checks and programs
Immunization

Apply nursing assessment skills and nursing practice in a safe and professional manner that reflects practice standards and guidelines and RACGP guidelines.

Excellent knowledge and understanding of working with clients to achieve social, emotional and physical well-being.

Pay: $40.00 – $47.50 per hour
