Kahii is looking for a full time bartender/all-rounder to join our award-winning team! Must be available to work Friday and Saturday evenings.

We are looking for someone with a strong passion for cocktails, wine, tea, coffee, a love of food and a drive for excellent service. Previous experience is required and more importantly, a great attitude and personality!

Based in the heart of the Sydney CBD, Kahii is a Japanese-inspired kissaten offering speciality coffee & tea by day, which in the evenings transforms into a cocktail & wine bar with an exciting food offering by our talented team at our sister venue, Kuro Bar & Dining.

We’re looking to set current standards in specialty coffee & drinks and want to recruit a motivated bartender/all-rounder to join us for this journey! We have a close-knit talented team and a strong company culture, providing you with a great working workplace and the prospect to accelerate your hospitality career.

A variety of duties include the provision of exceptional customer service, making cocktails, serving food and drinks, venue set up and pack down of bars and tables.





We are an all day venue located in the heart of Sydney CBD and close to public transport.

What we are looking for:
Experience in a similar role in the industry min 2 years
Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
Solid communication and organisational skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Have full Australian working rights
Valid NSW RSA
Available to work nights and weekends
Positive knowledge in cocktails, spirits and wine.
Self-motivated and outgoing
Team player
Has an interest in Japanese mixology and culture
