What you'll be doing
Assisting experienced carpenters in the construction, installation, and maintenance of wooden structures, fixtures, and fittings
Learning to read and interpret construction plans and diagrams
Developing skills in the use of hand and power tools
Participating in the fabrication and assembly of cabinets, shelves, and other woodwork items
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Attending scheduled training and completing relevant coursework to obtain your carpentry qualification
