About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced full-time cook and chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and a robust sense of responsibility. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with others, as well as the independence to take initiative when necessary.

Key responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard
Collaborate in developing new and cutting-edge recipes
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee stock control and rotation
Work closely with team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience

Requirements
Right to work in Australia
At least 2 years of relevant experience with references
Full availability across a 7-day roster
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Solid team player
Highly organised and efficient
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Well-presented and punctual
